The

appeared his way and finally finished at 80. Chen Kun of WuYi team had not well
prepared for the fist four holes and hit five over par. He picked up fast and
kept standard par at the last nine holes finished at 79, set the position of 2nd

form in the fist three day's tournament, dramatically picked up very fast on the
final day. The experience of being caddy of China number one Zhang Liang Wei at
"2003 Volvo China Tour" helped to defeat the barrier of the difficulties
on the course. The two birdies of at the back nine made Gu finished at 75 and
was crowned as 1st runner-up of the event. With plenty of tournament experience
in the past, the 38 years old Hong Kong team player, Murray Stuart hit three birdies,
finished at 73 with one over part, took the champion trophy away. The four days'
total score of Murray was 306. Stuart was a
Hong Kong merchant started to play golf at age 16. He mentioned that golf was
not his business but the most favorite sports game of him. He had not participated
the China Men's Amateur Open held at Hainan this year but entered the WuYi event.

the double winner of this year's China Men's Amateur Open-Gu Cui Lin.

was 2003 WuYi Club Championship. The annual club event had attracted over 40 members
