1. Pace of Play
　Competitors should finish one round in 4 hours 40 minutes, first player should tee off within 60 seconds from the time he tees up a ball, second player or third player should tee off within 50 seconds. An unacceptable amount of time to play any part of the golf course, the following actions shall be taken:
　1) One bad time - Warning from official
　2) Two bad times - One stroke penalty
　3) Three bad times - Two strokes penalty
　4) Four bad times - Disqualification

2. Tee Box
　Men Division A, B: black tee
　Men Division C: blue tee
　Men Division D: white tee
　Ladies: red tee

3. All competitors must report to the Starter Station 10 minutes before their tee off time, and if within 5 minutes late of the tee off time the competitor may be penalized 2 strokes, over 5 minutes late, disqualification.

4. Competitors' gross score to be recorded in their scorecards, and must signed up after the competition by both player and marker.

5. Competitors must putt out every hole.

6. The Competitors shall use only confirming Golf Balls approved by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews.
