1. Do not feed wild birds.
2. Do not bring live bird or poultry to home.
3. Avoid touching dropping of live bird and poultry.
4. Cook poultry and eggs thoroughly before eating.
5. Maintain a clean living environment. Do not litter or
spit at the public area.
6. If you have any symptoms of influence like fever, generalized
muscle pain, cough and sore throat, wear a mask and consult
doctor as soon as possible to prevent spreading the disease.
7. Keep up a good healthy body. This can be achieved through
balance diet, regular excises, adequate rest, reducing stress
and not smoking.
8. Always maintain good ventilation in-house.
